**Your Role**

As the Business & Partner Enablement Principal you will spearhead the communications within WFI. The key focus of this role is to design and deliver the WFI communication & engagement strategy, the supporting framework, artefacts and WFI style guide to enable and embed a consistent and effective WFI communication experience. This position will also play a key role in drafting critical communications to the business.

You'll have a passion to ensure communications are timely and effective for their target audience and will achieve this by working closely with key stakeholders. To succeed in this role you will have the demonstrated communications experience to understand the complexities of communicating to a workforce that comprises a combination of office based, work from home and remote locations.

You'll achieve this role purpose by working with key stakeholders to lift the overall WFI communication experience and ensure communications are of the highest quality and tailored to the target audience. It is vital that our staff, key stakeholders, and business partners have the right information, correctly articulated and understandable at the optimum time for them.

This is **a permanent role**, we welcome applicants from all major cities **in Australia**.

**About You**
- You have solid experience creating strategies and frameworks for complex and dynamic companies
- You have extensive demonstrated experience drafting multi-channel communications
- Highly developed stakeholder management and engagement capabilities
- Able to consistently govern consistent company-wide communications and ensure the business are aligning to the frameworks
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- To succeed, you will be a strategic in your thinking, customer focused and passionate about driving results.
