- Our client owns and operates one of Australias most important pieces of transport infrastructure in Australia. It manages up to 40 million customers annually and adds significant benefits directly for the NSW and Australian economies.
- An opportunity to join their highly skilled Engineering Planning & Design team as a Project Compliance Coordinator has now become available.
- IMMEDIATE START - This will start as a minimum 6-12-month term contract and likely to be ongoing for the right person.
- **Responsibilities**
- Supply advice, comments & recommendations regarding requirements of the project to deliver As Built drawings (CADD & PDF), surveys and other project deliverables for spatial team use and future reference.
- Coordinate work tasks applicable from these Application Documents to respective teams (architectural, civil, building services, survey, etc) - after suitable time and knowledge gained.
- Visit project sites (landside and airside) to review and monitor works as they progress and are completed.
- Close out Projects when completed and As Built documentation is supplied.
- Download surveys, As Built Drawings (CADD & PDF), technical documents, etc
- Register in Drawing Management System, organise and document to best practice.
- Review content supplied, ensure all PDF drawings and matching CADD files are received, stored and labelled correctly.
- Follow up with Project Managers where content is missing.
- Update Drawing Management System and registers.
- Coordinate the signoffs of ‘Compliance’ documents and ‘Release of Bank Guarantees’ documentation for which the Spatial Manager is responsible.
- Coordinate work tasks applicable from these As Built Documents to respective teams (architectural, civil, building services, survey, etc) - after suitable time and knowledge gained.
- Contribute to processes improvement and standards associated with this role.

**Ideally you will have**:
- A strong process orientation, a strong attention to detail, be curios with an interest to learn and grow.
- Have a personable and engaging communication style.
- A strong ability to work in a small team environment
- A good understanding of Architectural & Engineering plans, construction drawings.
- Local Government planning skills/knowledge of construction industry
- Ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe suite of products
- Ability with CADD beneficial but not a necessity
- Knowledge and use of SharePoint desirable but not a necessity
- A strong ability to engage and collaborate with Planning team and Project Managers
