**The Role**

This is a Brisbane based 2-year fixed term contract position.

**In addition you will**:

- Collaborate with Business Partners and the Project team to support business changes implementation and ensure successful transition to Application Management Services (AMS) provider for support and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to all governance, process and standards in relation to all work performed by AMS and Application Development (AD) vendors to resolve incidents, requests, manage problems and implement changes.
- Optimise value and safeguard compliance by managing business software licenses.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Recognised IT degree or equivalent qualifications.
- IT vendor management and governance knowledge
- Demonstrate problem solving and analytical capability
- Experience with utilization of ITSM tool for request, incident, problem, change management process and vendor performance data analytics
- Understanding of cloud-based delivery platforms and services such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, AWS desirable
- Experience in software development using Agile / Scrum environment desirable
