**About the Opportunity**:
The Procurement Advisor is responsible for the coordination and administration of procurement activities across all CleanCo’s sites. You will support stakeholders across the business, in identifying and sourcing goods and services, coordinating suppliers and vendors and administrating contracts and contract maintenance including changes, variations, procurement systems and purchase orders.

You will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of CleanCo’s procurement standards, frameworks, policies and procedures and will contribute to the development of the procurement function, including policy, procedures and processes development using SAP S/4 Hana.

This is a Brisbane or Cairns based role and includes some infrequent site travel across QLD and 2-3 days per week working from home.

**About you**:

- You bring experience in procurement and/or contract management roles, preferably within the energy /resources sector.
- You have an understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a thorough understanding of and adherence to relevant legislation (Competition & Consumer Act, ACCC, Modern Slavery and the QPP).
- You have previous experience in the development of low/medium complexity/criticality sourcing strategies.
- You are able to lead low/medium complexity/criticality source to contract activities, negotiations and buyside risk management.
- You thrive on working to deadlines and under pressure, whilst maintaining high level of attention to detail.
- As a natural collaborator you understand the value in leveraging the knowledge that surrounds you and you build mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, mitigate and manage risks associated with category management and sourcing.
- With strong customer service skills, you have a focus on value outcomes for the organisation and partners.
- You have previous experience with purchase to pay systems using an ERP system such as Ellipse, SAP, Oracle.
- You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
