Prezzee is looking for an experienced leader to drive strategy and champion the Prezzee brand across the B2B, Strategic Partner (B2B2C) and Brand Partner verticals as a leading provider of incentives and rewards, with a focus on a differentiated gifting solutions. As a key member of our ANZ leadership team, you will develop and deliver the Sales and Partnerships strategy to drive growth, retention and revenues, driving exponential growth from these verticals You will also lead and inspire the Sales and Partnership functions to achieve and exceed performance targets and work collaboratively with the global sales & partnership leadership team to identify opportunities across all of Prezzee’s Channels.
You have proven experience in high-growth businesses in business development and strategic partnerships and are comfortable in a fast paced work environment. You have outstanding business acumen, a strong network and successful track record with excellent deal negotiation and commercial structuring skills. You can think laterally and explore creative solutions in both deal negotiation and customer solution design.

The Role You’ll Play*
- Drive Sales Performance_
- Grow revenue within the B2B, B2B2C and Brand Partner verticals, with a focus on building and converting a pipeline of enterprise customers, driving recurring revenue
- Be accountable for achieving the annual sales targets, ensuring that there is a clear process for forward forecasting, pipeline maturity and conversion, with a focus on speed to revenue
- Build a high performing, KPI driven, sales team, ensuring our priority customer segments and industry verticals are effectively supported with the right talent, with a particular focus on customer acquisition in the enterprise segment, but also driving greater share of wallet from Key Accounts by building strategic relationships
- Build strong relationships with key strategic customers to deliver material commercial value to Prezzee, but also to become global advocates of our brand.
- Manage Brand Partnerships_
- Support the development of the Global Partnerships strategy, in conjunction with the Chief Growth Officer, with an execution focus on the AU/NZ market.
- Identify and build a pipeline of consumer brand partnerships that will allow Prezzee to differentiate itself from other digital gift businesses, noting this will be beyond gift cards and into other digital gifting verticals.
- Establish a strategy to maximise margins through negotiation and adding additional value to brand partners, e.g. through maximising awareness off their brand and new customer acquisition opportunities
- Continually evolve the relationships with the brand partners to identify ways to deliver mutual value, including enhanced reporting and insights, brand promotion, customer acquisition opportunities, with a primary focus of maximising margin, and meeting margin improvement KPIs
- Prepare monthly forecasts and the annual Partners budget
- Manage the pipeline of new partnership opportunities from launch to implementation including liaising and communicating with key internal stakeholders
- People Management_
- Work with the relevant Tribes to enhance and improve the functionality of the product based on customer feedback
- Coach and mentor team members to meet business plan and sales objectives including establishing recovery plans in the event sales targets are not achieved
- Provide sales incentives and use of appropriate sales tools
