**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an energetic and hardworking individual to join the QLD Dulux Trade Sales Team in the Brisbane North Region. As the successful Trade Account Manager in this highly autonomous role, your key focus will be growing and maintaining the existing Dulux customer base consisting of Trade painters through multiple sectors within the construction sector. This role will have a well-structured call cycle in the field and via electronic communication to maintain that customer base.
**What you will bring and develop**
The Dulux Trade Sales Teams are passionate about being consumer driven and customer focused. We ask, listen, learn and act to help our customers win. As a high performing, experienced sales representative you will be able to articulate and demonstrate how your authentic sales style and ability to close has led to your success so far.
**To be successful in this role you will also demonstrate**:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships and create new ones
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Good time management, planning and organization behaviors
- Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility
- Great energy and enthusiasm with a genuine, down to earth attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with experience with CRM’s, Excel, and word at a minimum
- Lateral thinking and problem solving
- Experience within the Trade Sales/Construction Industry will be highly regarded
