Kronos Test Lead

Position: Kronos Test Lead

Location: Melbourne

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test strategies and test plans specific to Kronos implementations.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers in the testing process.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define testing objectives and priorities.
- Design and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain test documentation and provide test reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with testing best practices and industry standards.
- Continuously assess and improve the testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with Kronos software updates and industry trends.
- Solid understanding of payroll concepts, such as pay rates, overtime, taxes, and deductions.
- Ability to identify and analyze payroll errors.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $400.00 - $450.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
