**Summary of the role**:
We are seeking a Transport Management Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will work closely with business partners to understand complex requirements and translate them into IT solution deliverables, with a specific focus on Transport Management Systems (TMS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of TMS solutions within agreed timeframes and budgets, working closely with a team of analysts.
- Proactively address and resolve IT problems and incidents impacting the TMS portfolio, with an emphasis on preventing future occurrences.
- Play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of our TMS solutions, ensuring alignment with regional and global directives.
- Be responsible for IT account management functions related to TMS, effectively managing IT resources and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**What makes you successful in this role?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing IT solutions, with specific experience in TMS highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical TMS solutions.
- Solid operational and technical understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process, with a focus on transport.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL query writing, with experience in visualization tools such as PowerBI highly regarded.
