**About the role**

The ICT Support Administration Officer provides administrative support to facilitate the delivery of efficient, quality services to NSW public schools and departmental offices. The role contributes to a high performing team and acts to ensure excellent customer service and continuous service improvement.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, effectively and work towards tight, often competing deadlines to deliver results.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to self-manage and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well independently and within a team.
- Integrity and discretion regarding complex and sensitive information.
- Flexible and proactive approach to support the efficient operation of the Directorate.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Current Driver licence with a good driving history record: Willingness to travel as required.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
