**Working with us**

Working as a junior (or mid-level) legal recruiter offers the best of both worlds for the right lawyer. You will be mentored and encouraged to maintain links to the profession, be treated as a professional and afforded a level of autonomy (with support) that is rarely available. We don't believe in timesheets or budgets or even KPI's. At Burgess Paluch you'll be well rewarded financially and be encouraged to develop your own areas of interest and specialty.

**The benefits**

As a high-performing recruiter you will work fewer hours and be rewarded based on performance, rather than post-admission experience. In return, you will deliver prompt and active service to the expanding pool of Melbourne lawyers who consider us their legal recruiter of choice. You will provide strategic advice to lawyers and employers, and assist lawyers to advance their career. You will be guided and mentored by some of Australia's most experienced and successful legal recruitment consultants.

**What we need to see from you**

To be considered for this role you will be a switched on and outgoing junior lawyer with strong legal networks, the ability to make things happen, influence others and learn from us. Lawyers with 1+ years of post-admission experience are likely to be of interest.
