**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive the successful onboarding for Australia merchants.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to merchants on website design, content, SEO, and marketing based on your experience and industry best practices.
- Build and manage a team of Merchant Managers who will be responsible for providing outstanding support to the Australia merchants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to improve the merchant experience.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game.
- Develop and implement effective customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the merchant experience.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on progress against KPIs, market trends, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, emerging technologies, and trends.
- Responsible for incremental GMV/Revenue growth within established Key Accounts (KA)
