Due to a recent acquisition, as a Direct Servicing Banker you will be responsible handling enquiries and for helping the customer migration from another well-known bank to NAB. This involves handling Debit Card, Credit Card, Personal Banking and Internet Banking queries, supporting customers, and educating on self-servicing.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting personal customers with a multitude of simple to complex type enquiries relating to the migration of their new accounts.
- Education to both new and existing customers on NAB products, services, internet banking and general enquiries.
- Types of calls you will service include setting up payments, disputing transactions, issues with cards and assisting with personal banking enquiries.
- A strong focus on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
- Identify cross sell opportunities when assessing customers' financial needs and refer to the appropriate specialists.
- Adherence to Industry Code of Practice.

The start date for this 2 month temporary assignment is 15th January 2024. You will be working 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8 am -7pm. Your hourly rate will be $34.58 per hour plus super. The team that you will be joining will be either 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South or 700 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous customer service experience (Call Centre, Retail, Hospitality etc).
- Strong communication skills.
- Resilience.
- A customer-centric mindset.
