As one of the best bespoke VFX studios in the APAC region, Fin's work has won numerous prestigious awards in the last two decades, including Award Awards, Spikes Asia, Clio, and etc. Our work spans from high-end commercials to blockbuster feature films and TV series.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VFX Producer to join our short form production team for a maternity cover role from **January 2024 (8 months).**

**This role may lead to a full time position post Maternity Coverage.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the VFX production process for short form projects, including quoting, scheduling, resource allocation, iterations, presentation and delivery of projects.
- Represent the studio to collaborate closely with production companies, agencies and their clients.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones and budgets, balancing project scope and client expectations.
- Resolve production issues and proactively identify potential challenges to maintain project's progress and efficiency.
- Manage multiple processes at once - juggling priorities, ensuring the highest quality in deliveries and that deadlines are met.
- Manage delivery/receipt of rushes, drives for clients.

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 or more years of experience in a VFX studio, post production studio or advertising agency.
- A thorough understanding of both technical and creative processes of the TVC industry and the VFX industry.
- Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or knowledge in Shotgrid, G Suite or similar production management softwares is a plus.
