About the role
Join ACMI as a Festival & Events Coordinator and work on our amazing experiences (full time ongoing role). You'll be part of a small, fast paced, creative, passionate team that prides itself on delivering exceptional events. Reporting to the Festival & Events Manager the role:

- Plans and delivers a diverse range of festival and events with industry and corporate clients.
- Builds and manages strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contributes to the cultivation and retention of clients/partners through effective communication with stakeholders, managing conflicting priorities and exceptional event delivery.

What you'll bring to the role
- Proven experience managing and delivering premium events in a commercial or festival environment, including excellent client development and relationship management skills.
- Highly developed organisational and priority management skills with the ability to deliver against agreed objectives within a multi-faceted events environment.
- Proven ability to problem-solve in challenging situations and able to adapt to meet client needs.
- Experience in the use of Event Management Databases (Ungerboeck or equivalent) and Customer Relations Management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across a broad range of stakeholders competently and co-operatively.
