Key Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in achieving sales targets, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
- Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored solutions that align with their needs and our client’s unique workspace offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and ongoing business
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance overall business performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to effectively position the company's offerings
- Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to senior management, using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments
**About you**:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience within the property industry would be preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their success
- Flexible and adaptive, able to pivot strategies and approaches as market conditions and client needs evolve
- Resilient and persistent, with the ability to overcome challenges and stay focused on achieving results
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
