Sales Manager

Lead a team of individual contributors across both new and existing customers.
- Engage in leading the team to maximize sales activity, pipeline creation and quarterly bookings success.
- Set and deliver on the team goals to achieve the regional booking's objective.
- Deliver coaching throughout the sales process to help sales reps improve and achieve their goals.
- Provide direction, development, and inspiration to team members.
- Manage the hiring, staffing, and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
- Responsible for professional development, career planning, performance management
- Customarily and regularly engage with clients in virtual and onsite environments.
- Assume responsibility for sales objectives.
- Contribute to territory planning and sales target setting.
- Participate with the reps throughout the entire sales process.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in software or technology sales
- 2+ years' experience managing a Sales Team
- Consistent quota overachievement in previous roles
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
