**Roster**:
10 - 38 hours available throughout the week - must be available for 4 am starts
**What This Role Involves**:
Providing fast and friendly service
Prepare hand rolls and sushi packs
Operating a POS or register system and handling cash
Sushi customer service
Adhering to food hygiene and safety practices
Assisting the broader team as required
Experience in high-volume, quick-service restaurants/trains
Outstanding customer service
Practical skills like knife handling - desirable for production team
The ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent verbal communication and a passion for customer service
Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
Own reliable transport
