**The Company**

Our client is a provider of premium winemaking and beverage supplies to Australia’s growing winemaking and brewing industries. Established in 2001, they are a thriving medium sized business going through a busy growth period. You will love being part of this friendly, collaborative team working from their modern office environment in Dingley Village.

**The Role**

As the Sales Administrator you'll love being the first point of contact for customers, both over the phone and in person. In this office based role, you will support the sales function with queries about products, orders and deliveries ensuring an exceptional experience for their customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all external sales or product enquiries are responded to promptly
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Converting enquiries into quotes and sales where possible
- Setting up new customer records and maintaining the CRM system
- Arranging and sending samples to suppliers / customers
- Following up on customer quotes
- Data entry of purchase orders
- Close team work with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service

**Skills and Experience**

This is a key role requiring a self starter, with a can do attitude and great communication skills. You will need to have a proven background in sales administration and / or a customer support role.
