**YOUR ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Policy Support Team Lead to join our team for a 6-month max term contract. You’ll coach a highly engaged team of 12 to enable CTP to provide an effortless customer experience by empowering our colleagues.

You will lead the CTP policy support team to be motivated in providing the highest level of customer service to our customers to make sure they are satisfied with the service they received when engaging with the CTP team.

This role will require you to lead from the front, upskill, and deal with escalated complaints whilst ensuring the well-being and morale of your team stays high.

ABOUT YOU
- You have previous experience of coaching and mentoring
- Passionate about team building leading to strong team culture
- Able to learn new systems. In Policy Support we use DRIVES24, ORBIT & HUON systems
- Able to assist with understanding operational processes and procedure writing in order to drive performance improvement.
- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated Exceptional customer service experience.
- Demonstrated desired leadership capabilities.
- Preferred Knowledge of CTP Business Rules & Regulation or Insurance background
