Our Corporate Office is located at Thomas Embling Hospital just 15 minutes north of the city. Due to our announced expansion across all Directorates, we have a need for experienced like-minded professionals to join our team to support our growing services. Our Directorates includes Thomas Embling Hospital, Prison Operations and our Community Directorate with highly skilled disciplines including Nursing, Lived Experience, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychologists and Social Work. We have an outstanding L&D and discipline Educator co-hort that continually upskill our already skilled and supportive team.

**About the Role**:
Forensicare is seeking an accomplished policy professional with knowledge of procurement & contract management to manage the relationship and performance of contracted security services at Victoria's only secure forensic mental health facility, and contribute to the ongoing expansion and maturity of our services.

**Duties**:

- Develop & implement a range of security & emergency management policies & procedures.
- Be the contract manager for Forensicare's outsourced security services ensuring the contact is delivered in accordance with the specifications and meets the needs of Forensicare, our carers and consumers.
- Play a coordinating project management role in the opening of our new security entry complex and
expansion of security services.
- Lead work to review and revise security & emergency management policies & procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and support Forensicare's philosophy and vision.

**About You**:

- Experience in category management of a complex service delivery contract
- Experience in policy & procedure development & implementation
- Commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge or experience of security & emergency management and/or secure settings would be highly regarded.
