**The focus of your role**:
As a Training Specialist you will be primarily responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive training program together with the client to maximize employee adoption and usage of a technology solution, and minimise resistance. This will include supporting the identification of the training team, driving development of training materials and ensuring this is completed to a high standard of quality.
**What you’ll do**:
- Be able to plan the end-to-end training execution.
- Articulate the training strategy for all impacted roles.
- Analyse and support creation of the training needs analysis using various tools.
- Collaborate with team members to create training materials.
- Collaborate with SMEs and clients for a structured review process to finalize materials.
- Plan the logistics for training execution.
- Understand the dependencies across the wider project team in preparing, managing and executing training.
- Provide general support for training efforts,
- Plan and schedule training through various channels
- Execute training and follow up with training evaluations.
- Adjust training delivery based on outcomes from training adjustments.
- Play a key role in ensuring the project’s training objectives are met on time and on budget, with a high degree of client satisfaction.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience creating Training materials in common tools such as MS PowerPoint and SAP EnableNow.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Training and/or Change management certification desired.
- Well organised, detail focussed and diligent.
- Demonstrated success in delivering training programs for a target audience of 100+.
- Experience leading remote teams will be highly regarded.
