Overview:

As a team member of Elantis Premium Funding, the role entails managing the debtor’s ledger and actioning cancelled loans whilst ensuring that optimal customer service is offered.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Cancelled ledger and Debtors ledger within National Credit Policies and timelines - Including_
- Follow up collection calls to brokers and clients
- Management of client payments
- Cancellation of loans
- Management of unallocated funds
- Management of Dishonours process
- Management of Arrears
- Management of all letter runs
- Actioning inbound telephone calls on Credit Team queue_
- Liaising with Sales Team when assistance is required
- Resolution of client and broker queries
- Lodging of accounts with outsourced collections agency
- Monthly reporting as directed
- Communicating with brokers to assist with collections
- Amending client’s bank account details & contact details
- Completion of loan journals
- Any other duties that may be delegated by Senior Credit Controller
- Legal and Compliance_
- Ensure Elantis Premium Funding Ltd activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards and proactively take action to minimise and address the risk of breaches.
