**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking to appoint an Office Experience Manager in our Perth office. As the director of first impressions, this role will ensure the smooth running and coordination of all office administration management activities.

Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:

- Maintain office space and amenities
- Help organise fun events including EOF Year Staff Drinks, Client Christmas Drinks, Staff Christmas Party, Client & Management Team events
- Answer the telephone, greet guests, organise meetings and functions
- Prepare the meeting and Boardrooms for management meetings
- Manage car park and building access requirements
- Distribute incoming/outgoing mail
- Monitor and order consumables (tea/coffee/stationery/crockery)
- Arrange all couriers
- Assisting with new staff on and off-boarding process
- Organise meetings, functions, conferences, training as required

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Previous administration and experience
- Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication
- Dedicated and competent with organisational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- All-rounder - someone who enjoys working on many different things
- Anticipates people's needs and is proactive in managing others
- Positive and operates with high-energy
- Will get in and get the job done, whatever it is
- High attention to detail
- Understands the importance of, and maintains confidentiality
- Able to work Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700. (flexibility required)
