- This part-time position is vital for overseeing project works during the weekend, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with contractors to accomplish project goals efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete Work Permits: Facilitate the process of obtaining necessary work permits ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with external contractors to schedule and supervise their activities, ensuring adherence to project time-lines and quality standards.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project works during the weekend, ensuring tasks are executed according to plans, resolving any issues that may arise promptly.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and contractors to provide updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all involved in project activities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including permits, contractor agreements, and project progress reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in project management or supervision within a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to construction/manufacturing projects.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to work on weekends, specifically Friday, Saturday and Sunday
