The Role
Bielby is experiencing a period of sustained growth and as a result are seeking a
Leading Hand to report to the Supervisor, driving excellence in:

As a Leading Hand you will be initially engaged to support the Supervisors in completing a Bielby construction project based in Springwood.

You will support the team in supervising workers to ensure the final product meets specifications in terms of safety, design, quality, and budget.


About You

  • Experience as a leading civil hand with a minimum 2 years of experience
  • Participating in and Running of daily prestart and work briefings
  • Aiding in the completion of Projects within allocated time and budget
  • Aiding in the control of all assets onsite including, plant, vehicles, hand tools, lasers, etc
  • Excellent organisational skills and managing a small crew
  • Possess the ability to problem solve and be innovative in a team setting
  • Ability to read and interpret designs and plans
  • High regard and commitment to safety and attention to detail
  • Reliable car and Drive License
  • Right to work in Australia.
