**Job Summary**:
This position will be reporting to the Finance Manager of ANZ. The primary focus of the Accounts and Administration is to assist in accounts payable transactions for Australia and manage the general accounting and reporting for New Zealand. This role will also include general administration function and support for ANZ as and when required.

**Essential Functions**:

- Assist in reviewing and processing supplier invoices and employee reimbursements in Oracle
- Assist in processing customer invoices and collections when required
- Manage credit card reconciliation and processing in Oracle
- Manage monthly & quarterly general ledger closing procedures in Reckon for New Zealand
- Assist in general accounts management and reporting for ANZ as and when required
- Support and assist with additional projects and / or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Ensure compliance to ZOLL policies and procedures

**Skill Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge in accounting and finance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
- Prior experience in office administration
- Experience in Oracle/Quick books/Reckon or other ERP system
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and MS Teams
- Have exposure to processes, procedures and compliance
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent management skills and can-do attitude
- Team player

**Required/Preferred Experience**:

- Relevant experience of a minimum of 2-3 years in general accounting, reporting and office administration
- Has the right to work in Australia
