As a Trustee Officer, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day administrative operations of our esteemed trustee team. Your mission? You'll be reporting directly to the Head of our Trustee Services Team, working in close collaboration to ensure smooth sailing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare expense reports with finesse and flair.
- Master the art of daily inbox and calendar management.
- Keep logs up-to-date and dazzle clients with swift responses.
- Juggle trust balances, transfers, payments, and broker requests with ease.
- Keep our financial world in check through ledger maintenance.
- Create orderly client filings like a pro.
- Lend a hand with new client onboarding documentation.
- Tackle the trustee database with confidence.
- Be the backbone of support for internal audits and overall team admin.
