As a Trustee Officer, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day administrative operations of our esteemed trustee team. Your mission? Ensuring that every administrative need is not just met, but surpassed within service timeframes.

You'll be reporting directly to the Head of our Trustee Services Team, working in close collaboration to ensure smooth sailing.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare expense reports with finesse and flair.
  • Master the art of daily inbox and calendar management.
  • Keep logs uptodate and dazzle clients with swift responses.
  • Juggle trust balances, transfers, payments, and broker requests with ease.
  • Keep our financial world in check through ledger maintenance.
  • Create orderly client filings like a pro.
  • Lend a hand with new client onboarding documentation.
  • Tackle the trustee database with confidence.
  • Be the backbone of support for internal audits and overall team admin.
