The Role


The Head of Trustee Relationship management for Advice Remediation is responsible for creating the frameworks and relationships with both internal and external trustees and platforms to enable our remediation programs to both obtain data critical for remediation activities but also to ultimately make payments back to clients through those trustees and platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the platform or trustee to understand our remediation programs. Navigate their governance processes to the extent they are comfortable facilitating payments.
  • Work to understand the different payment and client contact approaches that each trustee adopts and ensure that both Insignia and the platform or Trustee can meet each other's requirements.
  • Work to create operational and data sharing protocols between Advice remediation and the Platform or Trustee. Ongoing management and oversight of the various information requests.
  • Work with the Remediation Program and the various Trustees on data and payment scheduling to ensure these exercises are executed in a timely manner.
  • Building and managing a network of relationships across all the required platforms and trustees both within Insignia and externally in the market.
  • Acting as the bridge between these Trustees and the various Advice Remediation programs both structured and BAU to ensure success in both obtaining critical information from Trustees but also getting payments back to clients in a timely fashion.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Relevant Bachelor degree and/or advice-related / wealth management industry experience
  • Related skills in Advice Remediation essential
  • Strong knowledge of how Platforms and Trustees operate
  • Strong network of understanding the key decision makers at various Trustees and platforms
