WHAT DOES A DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNER DO?Our Supply Planner is the key contact point between our global Supply Centres and the Australian market. Your aim will be to optimise the Supply network plan for the full horizon by working cohesively and collaboratively with a range of partners whilst being responsive and flexible in their approach.Your goal will be to optimise the Supply Chain KPIs by balancing Service, Volumes & Inventory for our Australian supply network, by analysing and evaluating the net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs considering network complexity and supply constraints.It will be through the Sale & Operational Execution (S&OE), with a fearless and collaborative mentality, you will partner within the supply chain team to drive operational excellence.You are therefore a crucial input for market level decision making that will ensure the right product and quantity is shipped to right location at the right time.**Responsibilities**:
- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BEBeing the business partner for all Supply related topics- Serve as the 'One point of Contact' for both Australia as well as Supply Centres with regards to volume requirements / replenishment forecast.
- Become the key point of contact for any supply question from your market’s stakeholders as well as regional and global stakeholders.
- Manage availability and service levels.- Work closely with the respective Supply Centre facility to make sure the right product is delivered to the right State at the right time.
- Proactively manage ad-hoc issues, tight supply situation, escalations processes, logístical issues according to the Bacardi standards to ensure timely action in market.
- Execution of Replenishment Plan- Update replenishment plans for each state and ensure PO’s are created timely and communicate to Supply centres.
- Ensure shipping ETA’s are accurate.
- Responsible for all planning products in SNP. Includes product set up and planning parameters.
- Support decision making through S&OE- Supply related topics will be discussed collaboratively with Demand, Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure issue are escalated and resolved promptly.
- Drive best practises through continuous improvement.- Prepare and drive regular reviews with key stakeholders: Supply Centres, Market Supply Chain, Finance based on specific needs and requests
- Propose and support digitalisation / automation initiatives to improve efficiency in day-to-day processes.
- Support S&OP Manager role with Demand Reviews and forecast build- Support NZ and GTR forecast updates into IBP
- Back up as required for AU Domestic forecast process
- Reporting- Monthly Supply performance per plant, (SIFOT).
- OFR plant delivery adherence
- Shipping transit time adherence
- Port to warehouse time adherence
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- 2 plus years’ experience in Supply Chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail without losing site of the big picture.
- Ability to work with other individuals and groups outside one's span of control, including those in other countries/regions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP/SNP highly regarded.
- Team player who works well with others, flexible & goal orientate
- Strong process mindset
- Proven ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive efficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others.
