We’re searching for an experienced Facilities - Financial Administrator to join us on our mission to be the trades most valued partner.

**About the role**

As a Financial Administrator in our Facilities team, you’ll provide exception customer service to our branch network, supporting them to keep the presentation of our branches as best in class. Supporting us in our journey to provide the best property solutions across the group, you will manage financial administration and invoicing work for the facilities team. You’ll work closely with the branch network and with our suppliers to ensure things work seamlessly, including all maintenance.

**This position is a part time 12 month secondment, it could be 3 or 4 days per week.**

**About you**

This is a great opportunity for someone to join the property team - ideally you will have strong customer service and administration skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow. Any experience managing payments, invoices and purchase orders will be highly regarded but is not essential. In terms of tech, working knowledge of MS Office suite is required, and all other systems experience can be learnt in the role.
