We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. If you’re someone who loves diving into the details and making sure everything runs smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you. This role will ideally be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide however, we are also open to considering other locations within Australia.

**What You'll Do**:

- Review, draft, and support negotiation of a variety of contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and client agreements.
- Keep our contracts management system up-to-date and accurate.
- Work closely with different departments to gather the necessary information for contract preparation and execution.
- Ensure everything we do complies with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Provide advice and support to project managers and other team members on contract-related matters.
- Help resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
- Prepare reports on contract status and performance for management review.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology (a legal degree is not required but would be highly regarded).
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and are always ready for what's next.
