**About the Company**:

**About the role of the Contracts Administrator in construction**:
- Preparing contract documents for execution
- Administrating change control procedures
- Issuing instructions such as variations and claims
- Preparing and issuing construction progress reports
- Coordinating and instructing site inspectors
- Agreeing defects reporting procedures
- Ensuring that project documentation is issued to the client
- 3+ years' experience in construction projects $5m-$100m
- Experience in Data Centre's is a must
- Proven Contract Administrator and estimating experience
- Advanced across Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ideally have knowledge of Buildsoft, CostX or Cheops
- Superior stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications
