**What You Will Be Doing**
The Medical Workforce Administration Assistant provides assistance and support to the Clinical Director for medical staffing rosters and payroll as well as providing assistance for medical orientation training and induction and other duties to support the Operation Assistant role.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Certificate IV or higher in Business (or related field)
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive material in a professional manner
- Commitment to a collaborative and team orientated approach
- Demonstrated initiative, self-direction, innovation and ability to contribute to the development of new services
- Sound knowledge and experience using relevant computer programs including Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written skills

**Additional Requirements**
