**Your Hotel - Inchcolm by Ovolo**

Classically Boutique.

Perched above Brisbane’s CBD is The Inchcolm by Ovolo where you will find a world full of tiny treasures, curiosities, and eclectic art pieces all coming seamlessly. The neo-Georgian design with an edge pays homage to the building’s time of prestige and resident physicians, with subtle hints of musical undertones and an air of rhapsody.

**The Gig**

From booking to check-out and beyond, as our **Guest Service Agent (Wonder Maker**) you’ll be responsible for delivering on our promise of providing effortless and effervescent experiences for our guests. Your contagious enthusiasm teamed with your obsession with taking care of our guests will fill our lobbies with a special kind of sparkle that’ll keep people coming back for more. This is a **Part-time** position and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
- Checking in & out guests
- Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
- Promote the hotel and all it has to offer
- Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
- Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations
