Wise Choice Home Care, a leading Australian community-based aged care and disability service provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.
We provide support to individuals under the Australian Government Home Care Packages Program, the NDIS, insurance providers and direct private support services. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our mission of enhancing the lives of our clients while working in a dynamic and growing organization.
**Role Overview**:
As Rostering Coordinator / Finance Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for Scheduling and coordinating services to meet clients needs. Allocating shifts to support workers and making appropriate changes as requested.
The role will also require to undertaking of administrative duties with our finance team. This includes reflecting invoices and allocating them to appropriate accounts, undertake review of reports to identify errors, assist with issuing of statements and internal audits.
**Skills required**:
- Excellent customer service skills over the phone.
- Proven experience using MS Suite and the ability to adapt to new technologies/rostering systems
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organize own work load with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
