**The Position**
You will be responsible for a portfolio with plenty of assistance
- Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants/follow-up and clear communication
- Lease renewals
- Entry and Exit inspections
- Rental Arrears
- Processing Maintenance
- Invoicing
- QCAT/ Tribunal as required (support & training provided if required)
- Using cloud-based software
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Ideally 2-3 + years of Property Management experience, with the desire to progress into a senior position
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
- Well-presented
