- We are seeking an Operational Support Coordinator to join our team on an on-going, full-time basis.
- The role location is flexible within one of our Sport and Recreation Centre’s or Office locations. Flexible hybrid work arrangements available.

**About the role**

As Operational Support Coordinator, you will provide a range of administrative and support services, including recruitment and personnel activities, to support the effective operation of the team/unit.

The Operational Support Coordinator will also be the communication channel between our Regional Delivery division and Human Resources for providing information on casual recruitment activities across our Regional Delivery Centres and Venues.
- Support casual and temporary recruitment activities for Regional Delivery to ensure effective, accurate and timely recruitment and appointment of staff
- Working in collaboration with Human Resources to receive guidance on recruitment strategies and processes to include ensuring collection and verification of qualifications and pre-employment checks and vaccination status
- Support the maintenance and management of the talent pool register and active casual list
- Work in consultation with Centre and Venue based staff to determine casual and temporary workforce needs and assign resources as directed
- Assist in monitoring compliance of recruitment activities and records management
- Coordinate the on
- boarding and induction process for new starters

**About you**
- Ability to support the recruitment strategies and processes in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Deal effectively and professionally with business clients whilst managing their expectations and balancing competing priorities.
- Foster a positive customer experience and are tech savvy.
