As an Inside Sales Representative, you will receive guidance and mentorship from skilled Sales experts, ensuring you excel as a member of the team. This position is crafted to equip you for a thriving Sales career within the world's foremost authority in development solutions.

**The position**:

- Creating, qualifying, and overseeing leads to establish a high-quality pipeline.
- Interacting with both new and existing clients.
- Taking responsibility for generating sales opportunities that align with your target.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of our customers' database technologies and the difficulties they encounter.
- Ensuring a remarkable customer experience and creating a positive initial impression for potential clients and current customers.
- Collaborating with our resellers and partners to facilitate opportunities.
- Effectively managing and monitoring customer and transactional data within Salesforce.
- Providing consistent and accurate reports to sales managers and other team members.
- Engaging in training and personal development initiatives.
- Participating in team-building activities, team lunches, and morale-boosting events.
- Some inbound/outbound phone experience
- Dedicated to advancing their professional sales trajectory.
- Enthusiastic about technology.
- Dynamic and open to exceeding expectations.
- Inclined towards collaboration and problem-solving, approaching tasks pragmatically.
