**The position & company**:

Our client is a luxury property management business seeking a Department Manager to join their business on a full-time basis. We are Looking for an ambitious leader who is ready to transform their career and grow. This role is located in the Western suburbs of Adelaide.

You’ll be joining an Adelaide grown company and a tight knit team with a warm culture. As a Department Manager you will focus on leading a small team of 5 including the hiring, rostering and Labor management of day-to-day operations. Bringing inventory expertise to the business, you will assist in developing processes around ordering, stock take and management of all property amenities. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure your departments run smoothly.

Working alongside the General Manager and owners of the business, this is an exciting and once off opportunity to develop a new career.

**This role is suitable for a senior Hospitality or Retail leader, seeking a change. If you possess strong people leadership and business acumen skills, please apply. **Property management experience is NOT required for this role
