**Responsibilities**:

- Review and validate fund distribution calculations, BAS statements, and assist with annual tax reporting.
- Actively engaging in the full annual tax statement process as well as handle ad hoc fund accounting and tax duties.
- Assist in processing corporate actions with significant tax implications.
- Handle general portfolio administration tasks, including unit price reconciliations, transaction processing, and ad hoc reporting.
- Be hands on in assisting other team members with departmental responsibilities where required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Previous experience in portfolio administration with tax and/or fund accounting responsibilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exposure to global equities fund administration preferred, but not essential.
