Are you ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of real estate? We're searching for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping others find their dream homes. No prior experience is required - just bring your drive and determination, and we'll provide the training you need to succeed

This diverse entry role will include:

- Daily administrative support to Property Managers as directed
- Assisting team in preparation of documents as directed - template driven
- Ensuring immaculate presentation of the office
- Receptionist duties as required, taking phone calls, greeting walk-ins where necessary
- Ensuring office is equipped with necessary stationery, products and essentials
- Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry from seasoned professionals.
- Assist with property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with our team to create engaging property listings.
- Gain hands-on experience in negotiations and client relations.
- Dive into market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

- Eager to learn and develop new skills in real estate
- Reliable, motivated and organized
- A “can do” attitude
- Task oriented with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Great customer service skills and warm manner
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently when required
- Excellent personal presentation, confident and mature
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Experienced in using Word & Excel

Full training and support provided.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
