**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling appointments for sales consultants and service crews to ensure smooth operations and timely scheduling.
- Sending invoices, generating job reports, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the office.
- Actively contributing to filling the company's schedule through persuasive phone skills and salesmanship.
- Maintaining a booked calendar consistently through effective appointment setting and coordination.
- Providing personalised and prompt responses to ensure exceptional client experiences and satisfaction.
- Utilising our service management software to create appointments, schedule jobs, and manage job queues.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing detailed reports to provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Supporting data-driven decision-making by presenting accurate and informative reports.
**Who You Are**:
- 1+ years of sales experience. Proven phone sales skills with a drive for converting leads into booked services, ensuring a consistent schedule.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, field service management software, and social media platforms. Quickly adapts to new technologies to streamline operations.
- Motivated by targets and thrives in a fast-paced environment, where each task contributes to the company's success.
**Bonus points**
- Prior experience in the home service industry, including phone sales, scheduling, and managing client interactions, is highly valued.
