**Seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our amazing team. Diploma, Certificate III preferred but will consider taking on a trainee if you are the right person to fit into our team.**

**Selection Criteria for Diploma, Certificate III position**:

- ACECQA approved qualification
- A Working with Children Check clearance number
- Current approved first aid qualification for early education and care
- Completed an approved child protection Statement of Attainment
- Previous experience in working in an Early Childhood Service preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework and Legislation.
- Literacy skills and able to document children's learning and contribute to the development of an educational program.
- Able to develop strong relationships with children and families
- Implementing the policies and associated procedures at all times
- Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas
- Demonstrated high level of ethical and professional behaviour, including confidentiality and team work
- Commitment to your own ongoing professional development in early childhood

**Selection Criteria for Trainee position**:

- **reliable, enthusiastic, strong communication skills, adaptability and flexibility, keen to learn, can take on feedback, team player, patience and empathy, attention to detail, demonstrates high level of ethical and professional behaviour, able to form relationships with children.
