Our client, the 3rd largest **FinTech (SaaS)** in the world, is seeking an experienced** Senior Sales Enablement Specialist**
Join this global leader, providing its customers with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver.
**What your exciting days will look like**:
- Developing and delivering training programs to improve performance and enhance customer experience.
- Maintaining a library of Sales Resources - playbooks, scripts, templates etc.
- Measuring & Analysing Sales Enablement metrics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure alignment on initiatives.
**What you'll bring to the team**:
- Deep understanding of sales processes, challenges and best practices across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Experince upskilling sales teams in methodologies like Challenger.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop materials and deliver presentations.
