**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**

We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic multi-disciplinary team organiser to manage the day to day workings of a two fast paced technical teams.

In this role you do not need to be highly technical as you will rely on the technical SMEs to represent the technical side. Your daily tasks will inlcude:

- Managing, organising, prioritising and resource team tasks and scheduling
- Identifying team goals and evaluate team progress
- Follow up on work both internally and externally

Highly developed Communication skills both written and oral as you will need to be able to communicate with your team and your supervisors and attend meetings and be able to provide input.

If you enjoy organisation, resourcing, assignment of work, management of queues, short-medium term planning, working with capability manager and are interested in pursuing a career in management then this role is for you

**Qualifications**:
**About You and What You'll Bring**

Coupled with your education and practical experience, you will demonstrate a ‘can-do’, pro-active, approach with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve Leidos’ objectives.

Additional Information
- This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a current NV-1 security clearance. Applicants may also need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements. This can place limitations on persons who hold dual nationality, permanent residency or are former nationals of certain proscribed countries._
