Ingleburn, Australia Orient Solutions Disability Service Providers Full time

**Orient Solutions Pty Ltd are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person who has a minimum of 3 year’s experience as a Service Coordinator, or similar role. Experience coordinating Supported Independent Living (SIL) house's is also highly desirable.**

As a Service Coordinator you will work closely with our team, NDIS participants, primary service providers, and key stakeholders to develop, promote, and maintain tailored supports for people with disabilities.

Reporting to the Director, you will play a vital role in generating referrals, onboarding new participants, creating service agreements, and implementing support plans to ensure high-quality service delivery that aligns with NDIS standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving business development and growth through referral sourcing and relationship building
- Ensuring the delivery of quality support services to NDIS participants
- Collaborating with participants, stakeholders, and service providers to develop service agreements and support plans
- Championing best practice principles in service delivery
- Building strong relationships with participants and external stakeholders
- Participating in case conferences and review processes to ensure ongoing support and care

Essential requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS compliance and practice standards
- Experience in managing service provision in the disability sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and handle pressure effectively
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working with Children clearance and current First Aid certification

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
