You will need to use your strong organisational and multi-skilling abilities to organise purchasing and finance, plant processing, fleet control and monitoring, document control and general administration. You will undertake the reconciliation of Flexicards and assist with maintaining and updating data in the DataFuel system, as well as use your IT skills to manage a variety of systems to ensure tasks are updated within timeframes to achieve the level of service required.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in office administration and business support, or a related discipline
- Experience in a frontline customer service role
- Certificate in related field, such as Business Administration

We are offering a gross salary of $68,168 per annum and:

- 11% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
