**LEASING CONSULTANT**

With multiple offices across the inner Melbourne CBD and working exclusively. This long standing agency is now in pursuit of a self motivated and switched on professional ready to kick start their property management career. Based in Richmond, we are seeking a Field Officer/ Junior Property Manager ideally with 6-12 months experience in a similar role to manage all leasing responsibilities for the team.

With HUGE support, training and growth, expand your Real Estate experience with an agency that will recognise, reward and have endless internal opportunities.

**As part of your role, your duties will include, but not limited to the following**:

- Liaising with the property management department with all inspections
- Management of all property advertisements including scheduling of opens, routines etc.
- Preparing relevant reports and providing to the team
- Bond lodgements, lease preparation and signing up with renters

Working Tuesday to Saturday, this role will be working in a high pressure and fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Ability to work in a large team working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- A team player with a can do attitude
- Proactive and good interpersonal skills
- Passion for real estate and thrive on challenges

As part of this role and in due course, there will be the opportunity to manage your own small portfolio of properties (1 owner) and in addition, you will receive ongoing training and support from the operations team to progress your career path as a Property Manager.

To be successful in this role, you
**MUST** have a current Certificate in Real Estate (VIC), drivers licence and a reliable car.
