Discover a dynamic leadership opportunity as the Head of Engagement and Impact at UNSW Canberra Take charge of steering the Engagement and Impact portfolio, overseeing key areas such as professional resources for external engagements with industry and government and education partnerships, research administration, communications (content and collateral), media, and our esteemed alumni and VIPs. **Responsibilities**:

- Foster a partner-focused culture in collaboration with stakeholders, emphasizing research and educational excellence, enduring relationships, and enhancing UNSW Canberra's reputation as the preferred partner.
- Implement strategic engagement plans under the guidance of Associate Deans, aligning operational activities with UNSW Canberra's goals and ensuring synergy with external partners in government, industry, media, and the community.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of engagement support services, providing leadership to service teams, driving independent yet collective efforts to achieve faculty objectives, and spearheading projects and initiatives for the benefit of UNSW Canberra staff and students. Additionally, serve as a representative of UNSW Canberra leadership to internal and external stakeholders.

**Who You Are**:

- extensive qualifications and experience in executive-level impact and engagement management, showcasing a track record of delivering high-quality results.
- proven leadership in higher education or equivalent environments, including team management, strategic initiative development, and resource allocation, with a commitment to education, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
